Over the years I have collect tons of alpaca left overs in my knitting bags. So late May I started to knit a stripey shawl, using only left overs. And in early june I had finish it. But I didn't come around to block it until mid July. Hence no blog post about it. But now it's blocked, photographed and stored at work as a spare shawl for the archivist.

I did donate this one to my colleauges to use as a spare shawl in the archives. Most archivist have plenty of shawls at work, but sometimes you forget to bring a shawl, so this one is for everyone to use.
The model is my colleauge K standing in the records hall., the heart of the archive.
I actually has another stripey alpaca left over shawl on the needles. And I'm pretty sure I have left overs for a third one as well.
