I got a new recipe book the other day, the newest from chef Leila Lindholm. And it's another gem - like her previous ones. This one focus on breads, pizzas, cheese cakes, pancakes, waffles, pastas and pies. And it really looks delicious.
And this morning I started off to make an Italian bread - Tortano with feta and olives. A perfect lunch and dinner bread or something to bring to a party or a picnic. It was easy to make, and - since I've already tasted it - is so good!
So now I'm going back to the kitchen to make me a lunch and having a slice or two of this amazing bread!
(This blog is not turning into a complete food blog, I actually a something new on the needles to show you, and later today I'm going to meet up with some of my fab knitting ladies in a café close to my flat, pictures to come)
