One evening after work, I dressed me up in a apron and decided to make saffron biscotti with pistagio and almonds. I used a recipe from one of my favorite chefs Leila Lindholm - Swedens answer to Nigella Lawson.
And they really taste good. I have hidden this jar way back in the pantry. I don't want to run out before christmas. These biscotti goes very well with glögg! Longing to Christmas eve to have some of these.
